LIGHT YOUR FIRE!
Your mornings will begin with intuitive yoga class, tapping you into your body and fully waking you up to the day. Deeply therapeutic in its style, it’s much more than a standard yoga class. Kelly Hall teaches Interoceptive Yoga & Embodiment Practices, and passionately assists individuals to discover their purpose in life. She is a holistic health enthusiast not to mention incredibly intuitive when it comes to your body and your life.
Your days will be filled with a variety of activities, from powerful and deeply grounding ceremonies, journeying and working with the plant medicines of cacao and blue lotus. Under the guidance of the fierce, formidable and loving Shannon you’ll be safely held. Workshops including; ceremonial cacao cooking class, vibrational incense rolling and medicine drumming. There will also be ample time for you to reflect, intergrate and journal. We will have dedicated silent areas so you have plenty of personal space as and when needed.
We also welcome Mellissa Woodroffe an experienced bodyworker trained in various massage techniques including ka huna, hot stone, Swedish and specialising in deep tissue massage , Gently releasing deep tension and rebalancing the entire system. A wizard with magical potions and vibrational healing techniques including reiki, crystals and sound which are all incorporated into the experience.
We have several other massage artists joining us from Ayurveda, Aromatheraputic and deep tissue styles, who you end up with will be exactly what you need.
There is hiking or biking through the incredible nature that surrounds, swimming in the indoor heated pool and spa. Tennis on the full sized court. Surfing(for the brave) or walking along the private beach with plenty of time for reflection and journaling to be enjoyed.
IT IS HEAVENLY!
Evenings will be a quiet affair with meditations on most nights to wind down and invite deep and nourishing sleep. These healing meditations with sound are focused on chakra balancing and inducing dream works.
We will however enjoy a sundown bonfire night, and an optional movie night in the 20 person cinema and a mandatory games night too! You must play!! Such fun. I can hear the laughter already.
The mansion includes several areas of rest and relaxation so you will have no problem finding space to be alone or indeed many sisters to share a chat with. Shannon creates a space of clear communication and encourages everyone to express and have their needs meet. So if it’s quiet alone time you need, you’ll get it. Or if its someone to chat to that is your need, that will be what you’ll find.

Shannon comes with a strong and unusual background. Beginning her career in Leadership, she enjoyed a successful career in the high end retail art sector for over 20 years. Working with creatives, leaders, and business owners to help them shine their authentic light into the world. Supporting creatives to move through any personal and professional blocks to be able to express their art freely, working with leaders to increase their creative team’s productivity, morale, and flow and supporting business owners to understand the psychology of their creative teams. She specialized in understanding how to get the very best out of people to create a thriving business.
Along with her passion for people, luxury, art and business came her deep connection to the practice of healing. At the tender age of 22 Shannon completed her first Reiki Masters, back then it was a year long dedication and required the student to submit a thesis and several thorough case studies. This was to form the basis of a lifelong passion….Energy healing. The mind body spirit connection..
Shannon is of the belief that our life experiences can become our deepening’s, inviting us to explore and grow and step in to the true power of self. That the mind, body and spirit aligned is the key to happiness, harmony and flow. She is particularly passionate about women’s empowerment and a large portion of her work is dedicated to this. She is a fierce devotee of all things feminine and is vocal in her work to support the rise of the Divine feminine to bring balance back to the world. One woman at a time.
She has completed 2 Reiki Masterships, become a passionate Neuro Linguistic Programing practitioner, is certified in Hypnosis and Spiral Somatics and studied Shamanic practice in the service of Cacao. Producing a potent combination of fierce space holding and loving guidance. (She is currently studying to complete her certification in trauma counseling.) She is a powerful channel, connecting with the ancient energies of this world and channeling sound and wisdoms through.
She is the creator of Soul Leadership Mentoring , a multifaceted healing and support modality that produces stunning results. Supporting women to step out of their minds and into a state empowerment. She has a particular talent for working in the shadows and creating space for women to reunite with the truth of who they are.
She has studied under world renowned NLP and hypnosis trainers, some of her shamanic studies include being a student of Sangoma(Sth African Shaman), the Munay Ki rites and over 20 years of dedicated Reiki practice.
She has a special gift for guided journey’s and deeply connective meditations and this is evident in her Ancient meditation courses where she shares these skills with ease. Students of Shannon’s courses find themselves thriving with the skills they develop under her teachings. She believes in teaching by proxy and example by creating safe spaces for women to explore. Finding their own truth, their own medicine.
She is known for her powerful ceremonial gatherings, Soul Leadership Mentoring, Ancient Meditation Courses and holistic business development. Supporting women into a state of empowerment. She holds an incredibly strong and safe space for her fellow women.
